1. Membership
Membership at Reliance Club is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the Management Committee. All applications are subject to approval by the club.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and family members within the club premises.
2. Subscriptions & Fees
Annual subscriptions are due and payable as per the schedule determined by the Management Committee. Failure to pay subscriptions by the due date may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
All fees and charges are subject to revision from time to time at the discretion of the Management Committee.
3. Use of Facilities
Members and their authorised guests may use club facilities during prescribed hours. The Management Committee reserves the right to restrict or regulate the use of any facility at any time.
Members must comply with the dress code and conduct requirements applicable to each facility and area of the club.
4. Guest Policy
Members may introduce guests to the club in accordance with the guest policy as approved by the Management Committee. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with all club rules.
5. Code of Conduct
All members and guests are expected to maintain standards of conduct befitting the character and traditions of the club. The Management Committee reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership, for conduct deemed detrimental to the club or its members.
6. Complaints & Disputes
Any complaints or disputes should be submitted in writing to the Management Committee. The decision of the Management Committee on all matters relating to the club shall be final and binding.
7. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended by the Management Committee at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the club notice board or direct communication.
